Variation on Jump Start plan

For those of who followed me through my dieting journey, you know I was on the Jump Start plan (see earlier posts). This is a variation of that plan, although like with any diet, please consult a doctor.

What I did initially:

If you’re going to do mainly liquids and one meal a day, you can do this:

Breakfast: Fulfill fiber drink
Pudding/shake supplement
Healthy weight pill
Multivitamin
B-12 pill

Snack: Pudding/shake supplement

Lunch: 2 starches (1/2 Akmak cracker board or 2 slices of unseasoned melba snack toast or Stella d’Oro snack stick)
1 fruit (usually I had an apple or handful of grapes)
Healthy weight pill
Omega supplement
B-complex pill
Soup mix

Snack: Snack bar

Dinner: 3 oz of lean cooked meat (no oils, fats, or salts)
2 servings of veggies or salad- use red wine vinegar instead of salad dressing
Healthy weight pill
Fulfill fiber drink

Snack: Pudding/shake supplement (before 8 pm)

You can have 2 servings of diet soda a day. Drink 64 oz of water, but no more than 80 oz a day.
